Hi, I'm Matt Caulfield, I'm a blogger, web designer, I run NLP trainings, Neuro-linguistic Hacker and Slow Living Consultant.

I used to be one of those high speed "success" coaches, until I realised that doing more, faster is not the answer to how to become happy in this hyper-speed "hare-brained" world. Since then I have dedicated my time to developing strategies and techniques to slow down and help you regain control and develop your "tortoise mind".
